Fixture
A file containing the Probe (Test Point) location data (X,Y Side) in combination with NetName, Probe Name, Probe number, and Probe Size. Fixture files can be translated from virtually any format: Agilent 3070, Teradyne, GenRad, etc. <
Note: Not every Fixture file contains all of the above mentioned fields. For example, the Probe Name and or Number fields, are occasionally not used by a tester and therefore not included.
