The TestSight Designer CNC Router Control generates an optimized Fadal syntax router control file. The file is automatically sorted from smallest to largest end mill and drill, minimizing tool change operations.

Tool sizes and speed are chosen automatically, with RPM, Route Feed, Plunge Feed, Step Depth and Peck Mode all being set from a pre-defined table for each tool.

Advanced pocketing routines generate rough cut and final trim syntax automatically. Cutouts can be pocket cut to allow unattended operation without tool binding.

Numerous options allow complete control over the operation of the router. The Z zero set point can be set to either the top or bottom of the plate. Pocket cleanouts can use either a finish cut or cleanout to the finish dimension. Z Retract, Default Break Through, Cleanout Tool Overlap and Finish Tool Overlap are all settable options. Inside and Outside cuts can be either Conventional or Climb.

The plate surface to cut can be selected from Top, Bottom or Outline. If the bottom surface is selected, then mirroring can be Horizontal, Vertical or None.
